“I have a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid that was experiencing reduced electric operation and my gas mileage was going down from an average of 35 mpg to  31 mpg. I suspected that the hybrid battery was starting to go bad, so I took my car to Gold Country Automotive to have it checked out.  I feared a new hybrid battery was going to cost up to $6000 to replace.  Kevin took the time to research possible Technical Service Bulletins on my vehicle.  He found that 2010 - 2012 Fusion Hybrids at 10 years of age require reprograming of software of the battery energy control module and the powertrain control module.  Gold Country Automotive was able to perform this procedure and saved me Thou$and$!”
